Experience
Katie Noble has twenty years of experience in commercial real estate law at some of the top firms in the country. She was a commercial real estate lawyer with Saul Ewing in Boston, MA, Hinckley, Allen & Snyder in Providence, RI and Jones, Waldo, Holbrook & McDonough in Salt Lake City before joining Haymond Law.
She was also General Counsel for Sawyer Realty Holdings in Boston, MA, one of the largest apartment portfolio investors in country at the time. She has represented Bank of America, CVS/Caremark Pharmacies, and landlords leasing space to tenants such as TJX Industries, Staples, and Best Buy, among others.
Ms. Noble’s background includes the purchase, sale, and refinancing of multi-family apartment buildings, leasing of retail, office and warehouses, commercial finance, condominium conversions, complex title matters, and homeowner association matters. She has represented purchasers of multifamily apartment portfolio transactions involving up to 15 properties and in amounts of up to $1 billion dollars. Her experience includes closing on the acquisition of approximately 120 sites in the Midwest for CVS/Caremark.
Ms. Noble has represented borrowers and lenders in a broad range of complex financing transactions. She has assisted borrowers in obtaining loans of up to $320 million involving mezzanine financing, preferred equity financing, first and second mortgages, construction loans and securitized loans.
She has represented borrowers in loan transactions with Wells Fargo, Bank of America, GMAC, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Arbor Commercial Mortgage. She also represented Potomac Realty Capital, LLC and Bank of America.
Education
Katie graduated magna cum laude from Colgate University with honors in history and received her law degree from the University of Utah College of Law.
Personal
Ms. Noble enjoys investing in real estate. She is also active in the Park City Rotary and she was a radio talk show host for several years at KPCW in Park City. She is an avid skier, snowboarder, mountain biker and artist. Katie lives in Midway with her husband, young daughter, Golden Retriever, Bernese Mountain Dog and the occasional cat.
